ARA did a superb job adapting our home to meet the requirements of our son, who suffers with cerebral palsy. Prior to its purchase we thought the house would be ideal for him. But ARA were instrumental in pointing out all the improvements and adaptations which would better suit our son’s needs, both immediate and in the longer term. They were creative and innovative in specifying improvements which blend seamlessly with the house, such that it isn’t immediately obvious that it has been adapted to accommodate an owner with disabilities. And they displayed great empathy and flexibility when dealing with us, and were prepared to listen and amend their ideas when we suggested modifications.
