Case Study One - Kent

New Build Property

The new build is a two-storey four-bedroom detached family property with a lower ground floor set in landscaped grounds.
The lower ground floor accommodates a hydrotherapy pool, a changing room facility, and a physiotherapy treatment room with interconnected ceiling hoists.
An enclosed wheelchair accessible lift gives access to ground and first floors and direct access to the lower ground floor accessible changing room.
The ground floor is largely open plan with level entry bifold doors to the living space leading on to a large garden terrace. The ground floor also accommodates a family snug for quiet isolation.
The master bedroom overlooking the rear garden has an assisted en-suite bathroom with an inter-connected ceiling hoist.
The kitchen incorporates height-adjustable worktops, hob and sink with wall units that can be lowered to allow client access.
ARA’s staff are friendly and professional, they completely understood what we needed and have designed and delivered a home that is not only practical but beautiful too
