Adaptation and Extension to Existing Property

The detached property is a recent new build in good order requiring adaption.

A wheelchair accessible lift was installed within the reception hall giving access to the first floor. The visitor’s cloakroom was upgraded.

Two back bedrooms were combined to form the principal bedroom with dressing area.

The principal bedroom en-suite, incorporating a pocket door, was enlarged to allow sufficient wheelchair access for ease of use.

A further en-suite and store were combined to form a family bathroom accessible from the landing.
