Case Study Three - South London

Case Study Three - South London

Adaptation and Extension to Existing Property

The original property built in the early 1900’s had been used as a children’s home and had been divided into a number of smaller bedroom and living room spaces.

The partitioning was stripped out and the original rooms reinstated and on the ground floor opened up to provide unrestricted wheelchair circulation space.

A large single storey rear extension was built to the rear of the property accommodating a hydrotherapy pool and additional living space.

The client’s ground floor bedroom has an assisted en-suite bathroom with inter-connected ceiling hoists. The bedroom also accommodates an enclosed lift giving access to the first floor therapy room.
We are very pleased with our new house. Andrew and his team listened to our needs and worked closely with us and other professionals to create an amazing home.
We couldn’t be more pleased, it has been life changing for our son Michael
